PAZHANKANJI (RICE GRUEL): KERALA'S FAVOURATE STAPLE BREAKFAST



Pazhankanji,  (rice gruel), is the famous staple breakfast among the people of Kerala, India. This is made by the leftover rice after supper which is fermented overnight in room temperature in water and raw onion. By morning, It is served along with kanthari chilli, salt, and thick curd, fish curry and many more side dish.
